Yield: 1- 12’ Pizza

Total Time: 1 Hour

Ingredients

2 Cups All-Purpose Flour or Bread Flour

1 Packet of instant Yeast

1 ½ tsp Sugar

¾ tsp Salt

⅛ tsp Garlic Powder

⅛ tsp Dried Basil

1/16 tsp Onion Powder

2 TBS Canna Olive Oil

¾ Cup Warm Water

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

2 TBS Butter, Melted

Instructions

First, as always you have to have your mind right, spark up your spliff, bowl or take a rip from your dab rig and let’s get started. Now take 1 Cup of flour and mix the yeast, sugar, salt, garlic and onion powder, and basil in a bowl.

Using a wooden spoon stir in the warm water and canna olive oil, stirring very well, now slowly begin to stir in the other cup of flour until you have a nice elastic ball. The ball should be slightly sticky, you may have to add a small amount of additional flour to help achieve this.

Now in a clean bowl brush in some canna olive oil all around the bowl, lightly flour your hands and remove the flour and form it into a ball, and place it into the oil bowl. You want to coat the dough ball in oil so roll it around in the bowl until it’s evenly coated with oil then place a piece of plastic wrap tightly over the top and let rest.

You are looking for the dough to be about double in size, this should take 30 minutes or so, once the dough has risen, transfer it to an already-floured surface and now preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.

You will need to knead the dough a few times to remove any air pockets and smooth it out.

Using your hands slightly begin to pull and stretch the dough into a circle about 12 inches, you can also use a rolling pin to help with the stretching.

Now for the crust, I like to fold the edge over and pinch it to give it a nice-looking edge to my crust. Take the dough and place it on a pizza tray with corn flour and poke holes using a fork all over the center of the dough to help prevent air bubbles in your pizza.

Now you're ready to make a pizza, just add your sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice and bake in the oven. Once the pizza is in the oven take the melted butter and mix in the minced garlic. when the pizza is done brush the edges of the crust with the garlic butter for extra flavor.
