Grilled Lemon Kush Garlic Shrimp Skewers

Servings: 4-5 Prep & Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:


1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup canna olive oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes


Instructions:


In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Then thread the shrimp onto the skewers, making sure they are not too crowded.


Now you’ll want to brush the shrimp with the garlic and lemon marinade, making sure they are coated evenly. After you coat the shrimp preheat the grill to medium-high heat.


Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.


Serve the shrimp skewers with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley
