The 19-year-old suspect was identified as Gabriel Derylak, a Sarasota resident. He would allegedly sell tabs of LSD and marijuana edibles to an 11-year-old girl, according to an arrest report by the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office which happened this summer.

The investigation began, back in July, when paramedics were called to the home of a girl who was going in and out of consciousness. Paramedics later determined this was due to the effects of LSD. Detectives were able to identify Derylak as the suspect who allegedly sold her drugs through digital evidence they gathered.

They were able to determine from conversations that Derylak drove to the 11-year-olds neighborhood to deliver her the drugs.

After his arrest, on Wednesday, while searching his residence law enforcement found various other drugs including 125 grams of mushrooms, 163 prescription pills, LSD, edibles, and drug sales paraphernalia that may land Derylak even more charges.

Derylak's current charges include the sale of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance to a person under 18, and unlawful use of a two way communications device and his bond is currently set at $10,500.

He is expected to appear in court on December 16th according to local court records.
