There are a number of cannabis-focused companies that are included in the list of Inc. Magazine this year. One example is Benzinga that landed on the 1,586th spot with revenue growth of about 300%.
This week, Inc. Magazine released the Inc. 5000 list that features the fastest-growing and privately held companies in the United States. In the past, the list included Zappos, Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), and Patagonia.
The list below shows the cannabis industry honorees:
Revolutionary Clinics at 4th place, Spring big at 69th, MATTIO Communications at 190th, Sunderstorm at 319th, Extract Labs at 615th, Treez at 812th, Cannabox at 2,371st, Vape Guys at 4,065th, and Giving Tree Dispensary at 4,617th.
According to the founder and CEO of MATTIO Communication, they are proud to be ranked among so many other amazing businesses. She added that it shows opportunities within the cannabis industry. As a woman-owned firm, she said that this can be an example of the change they want to see in the industry.
On the other hand, Keith Cooper, CEO of Revolutionary Clinics which the top-ranked cannabis industry with revenue growth of 32,997%, shared that the growth enabled them to reinvest revenue into programs that fund equity license holders to help them open doors as well as a critical needs in the community like COVID-19 relief fund and support non-profit. In addition, they are thankful to the patients and wholesale customers who help them reach their milestones and they plan to reward that with good service and products in the long run.
